The company SOVIS CZ a.s., in partnership with the companies SOVIS s.r.o., ARBOR, spol. s.r.o., Energia projekt s.r.o., STAVREMO – PCE a.s., MEDISYSTEMS a.s. and Rudolf Polák, provides to its employees and to the employees of its partners, this year and next year, within the project called.

“Together – implementation of the system for employee development in partnership for greater competitiveness CZ.104/1.1.02/35.00916”

supported by funds from ESF and from the state budget within the scope of the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme, the opportunity to increase their qualifications and professional theoretical and practical knowledge.

The opportunity to increase qualifications, professional theoretical as well as practical knowledge in their field. Most employees of these companies have been included into the educational project.

The individual courses and trainings are focused on specific skills that are most related to the job descriptions of people working in specific positions. For example, members of executive management participate in trainings of management skills, company management or human resources management. All categories of employees then go through trainings for the effective and high-quality use of information technology, professional trainings and — last but not least — some of the funds are also designated for job safety courses, language courses, first aid and hygiene courses.

The “Together – implementation of the system for employee development in partnership for greater competitiveness CZ.104/1.1.02/35.00916” project was launched on November 1, 2010, and in spite of its start during the economic crisis we consider it to be one of the opportunities of how the purposeful spending of funds and the systematic approach of all participants can overcome this crisis, strengthen the position of the partners on the market, and — last but not least — also strengthen the employees’ position on the labor market.
